Living on the beautiful North Shores of Gitchigami, Lake Superior, Anishinaabe lands, Ontario, Canada, Circul & Eas is a music and related-media project. From Celtic words meaning ‘circle’ and ‘waterfall,’ Circul & Eas is a renewing cascade, Escher’s waterfall.

My music is designed in connection with specific places, times, seasons, feelings, people, and tones. I love it when there’s worlds to be explored inside worlds.

Over on Substack you can subscribe to get inside the worlds within worlds. New releases, folds and creases, muses and fuses, live dives. I am using that space to connect with people in a deeper way, start conversations, dig deeper together, and engage with a collective music world. You’re invited. It’s fun over there!

New Music

This is music that has a place and time to it. Based on a recording taken standing in the waves of Lake Superior, at Pukaskwa National Park, the music holds reverence for that place and time. Shifting waves and children playing set a tone for the pulsing warmth of buzzing synths and bubbling gongs. It feels like closing your eyes, absorbing the sunshine, and breathing in time with the lake.
